I know that the Spencer Plan is a popular resource. Many people are looking for it online, so I will provide you with the link here:

Of course the Spencer Plan has some merit, especially in terms of offering agreement forms and such.

But I do not accept it as biblical because a woman is not to have authority over a man, especially a wife, so the fact that I give you the link does not mean that I approve of it in all its aspects.
